We are lured in by Brí’s enchanting vocals, which are given complete freedom to roam through the track due to the minimalist musical accompaniment. There is a steady confidence in Brí’s lyrics as she poetically describes a feeling of longing to live outside of the norm. Her lyrics discuss the mundane repetitiveness of life that we have been experiencing of late in a way that encourages reflection rather than sadness or anger.
