This week we caught up with Glaswegian singer songwriter, Jamie Strachan to discuss his top five albums during lockdown. Jamie has been keeping fans entertained over the last few months with a selection of different releases such as Leaving and Fall of a Man. He recently announced that he would be performing future gigs under the band name, ‘Jamie Strachan and the Sensitive Souls’ which will be a totally different direction to his previous acoustic releases but we can’t wait to see it!
Album 1. Frightened Rabbit – The Midnight Organ Fight

Favourite song: Heads Rolls Off
Album 2. Twin Atlantic – Power

Favourite Song: Barcelona
Album 3. Mastersystem – Dance Music

Favourite Track: Bird is Bored of Flying
Album 4. Wrest – Coward Of Us All

Favourite Track: Human
Album 5. Fatherson – Open Book

Favourite Song: Lost Little Boys
Why I picked them? I tend to prefer the lyrics in the songs, the music that I can feel and relate to just like everyone else. When your feeling down it makes you realise that others felt the same as you before and you just relate to the songs.
