I can quite confidently say I have been in love with Aberdeen’s finest indie outfit Vansleep’s track “Acid Weather” since a live lounge version of the song was dropped earlier on in the year …. In all honestly I have been anticipating its release from that moment.

The tune starts small and intimate , almost as if you’re entering into a rather private conversation which then climaxes into an anthem of a chorus that leaves a feeling of wanting to stand out in the “acid weather” and take anything that life throws at you.
Recorded with Paul McInally At 45 A-side , the new single explores a more emotive and sensitive side of the bands writing style, whilst maintaining their signature swooping gritty guitar driven sound making the track a right headbanger of a tune.
